The Package includes :

Rates are not subjected to any Peak period Surcharge. Rates for weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays shall remain as shown above.

Complimentary boat pick up at Kuala Tahan Only.

Complimentary Boat ride from Resort to Kuala Tahan.

 

Terms & Conditions :

Rates are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ).
•
Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 5% government tax.
•
Rates are quoted ex-Mat Leon Village.
•
We do not arrange land transfer to the resort. You can either drive to Kuala Tembeling Jetty and take the boat or you may drive directly to Kuala Tahan.
•
Arrangement of all land transfers have to be made personally by the guest.
•
We are unable to arrange for the Boat Transfers from Kuala Tembeling to The Resort. Please make your own arrangement at Kuala Tembeling Jetty.
•
Group rates and long terms rates are available upon request.
•
Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
•
Room rates and Packages rates are applicable for both Local and Overseas alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Some activities may be subjected to be changed due to any weather and or due to any unforeseen reason.

Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservation is to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a full cost of Package to be deposited into the Resort Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.

We do not accept Credit Card Payment. Payment are to be cash or by depositing into the Resort Bank Account.
•
We do not have baby cot.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

A 8 working days notice is required for all cancellation during our Peak Period otherwise a one night charges shall be charged for the total rooms reserved shall be charges to the guest

ROOM OCCUPANCY

CHALETS

Chalet comes with Jungle View. Chalet comes with 1 Queen Size bed. Chalet accommodates 2 persons. 1 Extra mattress are allowed in these chalet to a maximum of 1 person. With the extra mattress chalet accommodates to a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old.

The bathroom is attached to the chalet equipped with standing shower without hot water. Toiletries include towel and soap Only.

HOSTELS

Hostels comes with Jungle View. Chalet comes with 2 Double-deckers that accommodates to a maximum of 4 persons. No extra mattress is allowed in the hostel.

The bathroom is located outside the hostel area. It is a common toilet based on sharing basis with other guests. Toilet is equipped with standing shower without hot water. Toiletries include towel and soap Only.

GETTING THERE

From Kuala Lumpur you will have to take the Kuantan Highway. Just before Temerloh please turn in to Jerantut. From Jerantut look for the road to Kuala Tahan or to Taman Negara.

Drive right ahead to Kuala Tahan and look for the Mat Leon Ferry Terminal. Upon arrival at Kuala Tahan, please proceed to the Department of Wildlife to obtain your permit into Taman Negara.
From Jerantut it will take about 2 and half hours to Kuala Tahan. Parking at Kuala Tahan is chargeable at RM5.00 per day. Parking are manned 24 hours.
From Kuala Tahan the boat ride is less than 10 minutes to the resort.

Alternatively from Jerantut you may drive on to Kuala Tembeling. Park your car at Kuala Tembeling.Parking at Kuala Tembeling is also chargeable at RM5.00 per day. Parking are manned 24 hours. From Kuala Tembeling the boat ride is about 2 and half hours.
The boat will take you right up to Kuala Tahan.

PERMIT & LICIENCES

As Taman Negara is a restricted area, all visitors must be in possession of an entry permit. You are there fore requested to bring your identification papers ( passport or identity card) as well as photocopies, to obtain the permit.

Licience for camera, video camera and fishing are also required. These may be obtained for a fee at the Department of Wildlife Office. Department of Wildlife are located at 2 place. The Headquarters is located at Kuala Tahan and the branch at Kuala Tembeling Jetty.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There are public busses and taxis plying between Kuala Lumpur and Jerantut/Kuala Tahan regularly. Train service is available from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Bahru to Jerantut and Kuala Tembeling.
